The first step is to give us a call and speak to one of our engineers who can discuss the problem with your machine and give you an idea of the repair required. The engineer will give you a unique repair number to use in all future correspondence.
The next step is to obtain a suitable cardboard box and package up your Gtech machine remembering to include your name, address, contact details and most importantly your unique repair number. 


 
 
 
 
Send your Gtech to us using a courier of your choice. A postal address label can be downloaded from our website or use the address at the bottom of this page. We recommend using a tracked courier service.
Upon delivery of you machine our engineers will perform a full diagnostic test to determine the cause of the problem. We will then contact you with a detailed quote for the repair including parts and labour.
 
 
 
 
If the quote is acceptable with the customer, we will then perform the necessary repairs to the machine using genuine Gtech parts where required. If the quote is unacceptable we will return the machine. (In this instance the customer pays the return postage)
 Upon completion of the required repairs a member of our team will contact the customer to take secure payment using a debit or credit card. A copy of the payment details will be enclosed when we return the machine.


 
 
 
 
When payment has been made we will arrange free delivery of the machine to the customer and include a full receipt for the work carried out with a six month guarantee.
